About Fonseca:

The short approach and the opportunity for playing and bathing make this beautiful climbing spot at the riverbank of Rio Mijares an ideal destination for a family trip. This spot is used as a training ground by the local Guardia Civil. Fonseca is divided into three sectors, located on both sides of the river. Riversides are connected by a bridge. A traverse with clamps leads to the sector El lado oscuro. Detailed information:
Approach: Drive on A-1515 between N-234a and Rubielos de Mora to the point where the Fonseca bridge crosses the Mijares river. Park your car and walk down to the sectors in no time. The sectors Zarza-Mora and El lado oscuro are situated on the left hand side of the river.
