About Forestry Tower Rd:

Forestry Tower Road is very scenic, with many small Lakes and the Tim and Magnetawan Rivers that lead you through Algonquin Park. The land surrounding Forestry Tower Road is Crown Land with many Ridges and cliffs and is also a local logging road with access points for canoe routes into the park. If you happen to reach the Park limits (which is quite a drive) on Forestry Tower, you will be required to have a permit and to pay for camping. Permits are available at the Park Office in the Kearney Community Centre. Camping is free on Crown Land, please be respectful to the Crown Land Policies and Procedures.
