About Elora Gorge:

Located in the quaint little town of Elora is the large Gorge. Wall are anywhere from 5 to 25 metres in hight. The climbing isn't suited for trad/sport since the rock is so chossy.
Nearest town or city: Elora
Directions: From Toronto, take highway 401 west to Highway 6 north. Keep on Highway 6 past Guelph to County Road 7 (there is a sign for the conservation area). Take county road 7 to the lights in Elora and turn left. The conservation area is 1 or 2 kilometres down the road. Once in the Conservation area, follow the signs to the picnic area. The trail starts just past here, along the Gorge. You can also get to the trail by: Once you get to the lights in Elora on County road 7, turn right and go into town. Just past the liquor store (just before the bridge) there is a large parking lot. Park here. Bike past the walking bridge (not the road bridge!) and under the factory bridge thing. Follow the road another 50m to an opening on the right. You will be able to see the river. Take the trail, down the steps and you will come to a bridge. Go under the bridge and you will be in the conservation area and on the trail.
