| Directions: | Go to downtown Montreal to the corner of St-Catherine and Atwater. For out-of-towners this isn't hard to find, St. Catherine is the main street. If you can't find it just ask anyone how to get to the old Forum. Once there go south on Atwater. To make sure you are travelling south you will go under a bridge. Continue until you hit St. Patrick. Take a left (east) on St. Patrick. Take a very short drive until you hit Shearer street and there you will find Allez-Up on the corner. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Bus 57 stops right in front of the gym. If you go to Charlevoix metro station (green line), you'll have a 10 minute walk (head east until you get to Shearer street). |
