Horizon Roc is definitely the biggest rockgym in Montreal. The crowd is good overall but there are a lot of families with kids on the weekends. Also, groups have priority over free climbing from 10am to 5pm, so call to check availability. Climbing:

| Directions: | From Highway 40 take exit 77 (Lacordaire). Take Lacordaire south until the street changes names to Dickson. Horizon Roc will be on your right hand side it is a warehouse building. Careful for the driveway to Horizon Roc, it is easy to miss.
You can also take the 40 (east direction), and take the exit for the 25 south. Then you take the "Centre ville" (downtown) exit. At the end of the street, turn right on Dickson, then turn left on Hochelaga. The driveway to horizon roc will be right after that, on your left. |
