Fundamentalist's Cut
About Fundamentalist's Cut:
MILE 2.7 This is a road cut along the highway. Most park in the lower McHugh Creek pullout and follow the trail west to the top of the area to set up top ropes from the telephone pole or trees. You will need lots of webbing or spare rope for the anchors. Many of the routes climb the scars of the old dynamite drill holes used to blast the cut. Medium to large cams will fit in many of these scars, though you may want to tie off the stems of the cams to reduce the leverage. Routes are listed from left to right. |
