About Oak Creek Waterfall:

Basalt Cracks up to 120 ft. Not unlike The Forks but predominately finger and hand cracks. Newer routes combine gear and bolt protected faces.
Nearest town or city: Sedona
Directions: Highway 89A to pullout on east side of road just north of Encinoso picnic area. Descend rough trail to Oak Creek and cross a bit upstream to major rock filled drainage. Continue 30-40 minutes uphill (look left @ 1/2 way up for faint trail) to basalt ampitheater.

Access Issues: Limited parking; may have to park at Encinoso picnic area if crowded. Maybe 4-5 cars can fit in spot.
