About Lake Mary:

This is the Basalt Area that is just below and to the east of the Pit. Climbs are boulder ing and routes to 40'ft tall, mainly cracks. Two areas exist, North and South. North can be accessed from the Pit. South can be accessed form Lake Mary RD.
Nearest town or city: Flagstaff
Directions: Fom I-17 or 89a drive South on Lake Mary Rd From Flagstaff 5.7 miles. For the north area park at the parking lot for the Pit. Which is the camping area and parking lot after the cattle guard. Then hike east to the basalt cliffs at the along the canyon. For the south area. Park at the pullout by Lake Mary after the drainage tunnel. Go dowh and through the tunnel and hike up the canyon. routes are on the left.
