About Camelback Mountain:
| PLEASE DO NOT CLIMB DURING THE RAIN OR THE DAY AFTER! East Phx./Scottsdale hiking & climbing area. BEWARE,this area is DESERT, bring extra water! Many routes of varied difficulty and some off trail bouldering (the Bolus). Gets VERY crowded with urban hikers, so arrive early!!! You should have no trouble finding satisfactory climbing on over 40 of the better known routes. |

| Directions: | Visual flight rules apply, Camelback Mtn looks exactly like a giant camel and can be found north of Camelback road and east of 44th st. Park at Echo Canyon, at Tatum and McDonald. Most routes are found on the "HEAD" of the camel. |
