About Jack Rabbit Run Bouldering:

Jack Rabbit Run is a small Bouldering area located North of Douglas. The rock appears to be a fractured-limestone type rock. There are actually two areas, each located on the same road. The first hilltop you pass (south of the wash) has the best bouldering, with probably a dozen or more problems. The hilltop that the road ends on has a few nice problems, but you have to find them amongst the rubble. All in all, the area is alot of fun. Very Scenic, but offers little shade. Go late in the evening, the area has easy access-
Nearest town or city: Douglas
Directions: Take Leslie Canyon road north of Douglas about ten miles. Turn right on Jack Rabbit Road (200 yards before the end of the pavement) Look for the turn on the other side of a saddle that Leslie Canyon goes over. You can see the "hilltops" from Leslie Canyon (1/4 mile).
