About Cabrillo Peak:

These climbs give you an out-of-the way feel yet are easily accessible. Most of them are short, sport or top rope climbs that are great for short afternoons of climbing. The views over the ocean and Morro Bay Estuary are tremendous. To reach El Dorado and Rockland hike up the trail from the parking lot about 1/4 mile and you will see an outcropping to your left, this is Rockland. El Dorado is about 100 ft. east of Rockland and can be accessed through the quarry. Park Ridge Rock is reached from the turnout 1/4 mile south of the Cabrillo parking lot. Hike up the trail a short distance and Park Ridge is the first rock that you see on the left.
