| Directions: | 1 hour from Redding. CA-44 E/Tehama St (signs for CA-44 E/I-5) Continue to follow CA-44 E 29.3 mi 3. Turn right at Wilson Hill Rd (signs for Manton) 2.8 mi 4. Turn right to stay on Wilson Hill Rd 2.1 mi 5. Turn left to stay on Wilson Hill Rd 0.5 mi 6. Turn left to stay on Wilson Hill Rd 1.8 mi 7. Slight right at Rock Creek Rd 0.8 mi 8. Rock Creek Rd turns slightly left and becomes Forward Rd 3.9 mi 9. Turn right at Ponderosa Way 1.3 mi 10. Turn right to stay on Ponderosa Way Destination will be on the left 1.5 mi Walk SouthEast towards the creek crossing. Trail is on your left after 2 minute walk. Climbs can be seen from where you park. Only take Ponderosa from the A6 / Manton / Long Rd! |
