About Ring Mountain:

Ring Mountain in public land, part of the Tiburon Ridge Trail. It is a very unique place, covering about 6 sq miles and plenty of bouldering opportunities and is a very nice place just to spend the day, even if you’re not climbing. You can see Mt. Diablo, San Quentin, the Bay Bridge and other landmarks. There are two primary boulders. SplitRock and Turtle Rock.
Nearest town or city: Tiburon
Directions: From the 101 in the North Bay - exit Tamalpais Dr/Paradise Dr and turn east at the off ramp. First right is Paradise Dr. Take that for a while, and turn right on Taylor. Parking is on Taylor.
