About Mammoth Pool Reservoir:
| Numerous multi-pitch granite domes along the spectacular San Joaquin River canyon. Lots of Forest Service campgrounds. Great bouldering along some of the creeks such as Rock Creek(great name, eh?). Lots of climbing on walls above deep water so free-soloing is a possibility here. Small store for supplies nearby. Great place to spend several weeks on vacation. |
