The Slab
About The Slab:
A fitting name for the very obvious slab at the mouth of Fern Canyon. Follow the Fern Canyon trail to the obvious Slab. The trail runs into the east face of the slab, where you can find your typical Flatiron east face scrambles. To reach the steep west face, continue on the Fern Canyon trail until you can find a good place to hike up to the face. A faint trail can be found which leads to the farthest left climb on the formation, "Just Another Boys Climb". |
