About Indian Peaks:
The Indian Peaks is a beautiful wilderness area in the Front Range between I70 and Rocky Mountain National Park. The Indian Peaks have a great number of 13K and high 12K peaks. There is much to delight both the nontechnical peak bagger and the alpinist, and the backcountry ski descents are superb. All this, and most trailheads are within an hour of Boulder. Can't be beat. |

Directions: | Most trailheads on the east side of the range(Denver and Boulder) are accessed from the Peak to Peak highway. The west side can be reached from the Winter Park/Granby area. All mountains are different, so they will be described for each peak. |
