About Arthurs Rock:

Arthur's Rock is a small bouldering area west of Fort Collins located in Lory State Park. A 25 minute uphill approach guard the problems that usually involve sharp granite crimpers and can shred the finger tips (but it's better than Flagstaff). Most of the problems are V4 and up and warming up usually involves running laps on the few moderates. Arthur's was featured in the bouldering video "Solutions".

CLASSICS: V4 Mainstreet V5 Mole People V5 Last Resort V6 Snake and the Skewer V6 Godzilla V8 Childbirth (very highball) V8 Ode to Failure V9 La Crimp V10 The Vice

SEASON: Fall and Spring are best though locals can find great days in the winter. The area is higher in elevation than Horsetooth and is also shaded by trees. A hot day at Horsetooth can be cold up at Arthur's.
