On the right side of the bulge, grab a low large left sidepull and a small right sidepull. Crank the feet on and fire up for any hold. I usually go to the 3/2 finger pocket before the large rail. A possible sit start would be a couple of grades harder and would start on a low rail and go to the left sidepull. Anyone done this?
