About Sunderland town park cliffs:

This is a very secluded area, and almost no one goes there. The rock will clumble if you grab it wrong. This is a very wild place, and have seen 5 foot snakes there, and heard of bob cat sightings. I don't want it to become over doveloped and crouded with people, because of the risk, and impact on the land. Top rope setups are good, there are some very old bolts, probly from the '90s. Cliffs are 30-60 feet. Please contact me @ omclimber@yahoo.com, i can show you the best routes and give beta.
