Included for its historical significance, Cradle Rock was featured in Rock and Road, as a worthwhile roadtrip destination. In it's heyday, Cradle Rock contained about 100 established problems with contributions by John Gill, Chris Sharma, Mark Russo (Laser V7) and Chris Redmond.

Now partially fenced off, the beautiful diabase boulders are crowded by McMansions.

Please do not climb here while access is closed. Renegade climbing hurts the efforts of the access fund and climbnj.
