About El Rito:
| North of the Town of Espanola, just East of Abique, is the town of El Rito. About 3 miles outside of town is a killer conglomerate sport area. The routes are reminiscent of Maple but with fewer cobbles and more pockets. The routes are steep to vertical and cover a variety of grades. Camping is good on dirt road heading left from parking area. For a guide get hold of Rock & Ice #84. This guide is acurate, but more routes went up since then. |
