Fun sit start boulder along the access road under the only Oak Tree out there. Called the Break Room for its obvious shaded area with several of our funnest sitstarts all close by and many perfect little bench type rocks to sit and watch others climb, The Break Room boulder is on the left as you walk in from the road under the Oak tree. Start at the up hill corner with feet under the bottm edge. 2nd movement consists of a swingout towards downhill side and reach for the top horn on the rock. There are few small finger pockets for top out holds. Fun warm up rock. Lazy Boy Sit Start, Bowling Rock, and another new unnamed sit start route are all under the same Oak tree on the back side of the large over hanging traverse routecalled "Give me convenience or give me death" that is along side the access road and quite obvious.
