About Vermillion Castle:
| This area looks similiar to Cedar Breaks National Monument, yet is very solid. All ledges in this area are chuck full of sharp loose rocks. Do not trust flakes either. There are bolted cobble routes down low and near the road. These climbs, with the exception of one route, are single pitch sport climbs. They are generally clean, yet after each winter, they can sprout loose rock. The Pinnacles, are very adventurous for being single pitch routes. Some routes have bolts, yet be prepared to pound in a pin or two. |

| Directions: | Drive up Parowan canyon (to Brianhead), the vermillion castle sign will direct you to the left turn. The area begins where grey cobble cliffs appear very near to the road. There are a few spire routes on the left, before the cobble cliffs also. |
