4 bolts to a 2 chain anchor. Can be toproped, if you're a 5.9 climber, you'll be able to handle the treacherous, but not too difficult scramble around the right side of Chicago Overhang to the chain anchors.

Description:

This was listed in the old guide book as "Chicago's East Side 5.11 (Toprope) A top-rope that climbs the east side of the Chicago formation, using face holds & the right edge. If you contrive a line up the face w/o using the right edge, it is 5.12a/b." It has since been bolted for leading and named "Panic City." If you climb up the left crack/corner, it's about a 5.7. I didn't lead climb, but it doesn't look like a very safe lead.
