I have only been there once so these directions will be a little sketchy (i.e. no street names)... Drive out of town east on hwy 2 and right after you cross the bridge take the first right. Then take the first left which should drive by a few houses and then start to climb a hill and curve slightly to the right (I think the road turns to gravel here too). Follow this road for a while, paralleling a canal for a while (hard to see) and passing a couple scattered houses until you come to a burn area. Keep an eye out for a bright while boulder on the hill on the left and a small pullout on the right next to another boulder, park here and take the trail down and left. |
