Climbing authorization unknown, the large rock wall below the hanging glacier may be either freed or aided, little information is available on this place. It is close to the "termas de puyuhuapi" or "puyuhuapi hot springs" hotel and this is the only human settlement anywhere near it. the area is accesible only by boat and then you must inquire about climbing availability on the wall. very dense forest leads all the way up to the base of the wall. Ice climbing on the glacier is probably estremely dangerous as large slabs can break off the leading face sending a climber to his death. However, the area itself is so beautiful that it's worth going even if you're not allowed to climb. (It's not too cheap)
