Is it possible to climb at sinks canyon, wyoming when it is rainy out? I'm hoping to go there this weekend thru Monday, and the forecast calls for rain. Any advice much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Sinks is generally slightly less than to slightly greater than vertical dolomite, so it's not too easy to climb there in a downpour. There are two gigantic caves, however: Moss Cave and Killer Cave. These caves host numerous routes in the 5.12-14 range. I believe most of the routes actually top out on the gently overhanging terrain above, though.
