In search of leader - Smith rock - Sep. 11th - 14th

Hey names Josh. A couple of my friends and i are taking our last trip to Smith Rock September 11th through the 14th for my birthday and I would like to climb something a little harder while were there but I don't feel safe leading those climbs nor do I have the confidence for that just yet. We are fairly new to the sport (only 6 months under our belts) but we do know a few things that we learned @ CCC in there rock climbing class so were not totally uninformed.
So.. Were looking for someone who can lead ~ 5.11a/b or so and provide us some good pointers and encouragement while climbing. We dont have much money and i don't think we would be able to pay you but we do have room for you to camp with us and so on and so forth.
We'll be leaving from Milwaukie Oregon. (Between Portland / Oregon City)
