I think you'll be better served going to a site like this (and looking at a bunch of the transformations to get a sense of the pattern - it's basically the same): http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bradley_davis.htm This is a climbing site, not a diet and weightloss site. I think you'll get some good advice here, but a lot of it will be worthless. If you really want to lose weight, focus on that as a priority and add climbing in as a supplemental thing.
