I was in the Pyrenees area last June; Mallorca also. I wrote an article about it on this site: http://www.rockclimbing.com/...iva_Espa_a_1043.html
I stopped by Montgrony on a rest day and it is more for the harder crowd; not many moderates there.
Consider Piedra Forca, a huge pair of limestone pinnacles. Great looking rock.
