The camp manager made comments to my friend such as
I don't like you
I dont give a F!@# about climbing
I hope you hurt your self
I hope you don't come back to see us
You ain't from round here I don't know why I don't just shot you. Several other insults were imposed and the manager ends with saying keep this to your self it could be bad for our business (yes camping and climbing are both allowed).

I have also heard similar stories. More for example(true story): Pa was walking in a national park one day and a ranger drives up and says to Pa I have seen you here before. Did you know that you are only allowed to visit the park 30 days in each year.
Pa says thats BS!@# the ranger escorts Pa to the gate. At the gate Pa points to a sign. There is a sign that reads visit the park 365 days a year purchase your yearly pass here. The ranger looks at Pa and says FU!@#$ and speeds off. Pa lost 300$ in gear during the fiasco, and had to walk 15 miles back into the park to explain to the boss of the volunteer crew what happened.

I was wondering what the general accepted reaction to this type of bullying should be/or is.
