You should post on camptocamp [my mistake] which is the equivalent of rcokclimbing.com in France and Europe. You might get some good tips. To climb the whole year, the south might be the key but for mountain climbing south-east might be better. You might want to have a look first at what study you might wish to do which will provide with a first selection of cities and then advertise in a couple of your selected cities.
