You can count me in. I just though thtat I would say that even though I have allready said it like 6 times. I still hope it is cold. If it gets to cold I might sneak over to a relatives house 7 minutes away and sleep in the heated basement with warm water. But too cold is like super cold.

Yes, in response to climbinganne's post about her cursing problem, she meets rondij for the first time and on his second climb proceeds to tell him what to do with his foot!!! She can not climb with him at B-boro. Or he may stick his foot up her !#*?&*!

Don't Go! Don't do it!
This event jeopardizes access to Birdsboro climbing. First of all, when access was negotiated with the town of Birdsboro, they were very concerned about the amount of climber traffic. Climbers were counted over the course of several weekends to allay their fears. On a weekend day it is rare to see more than a few climbers at the cliffs. Second, I believe that part of the access agreement stated that the area could not be written about, or advertised to other climbers. This event and the information about Birdsboro on this site surely violate that agreement and the trust climbers have enjoyed with the town of Birdsboro. And don't think getting waivers will save the area. If ya'll showed up at town hall en-masse to get waivers they would be very alarmed. I have been climbing at b-boro for over 5 years and no one has ever asked me for my waiver. Low profile is best.
It is just not cool for climbers to do something that jeopardizes access for all. Please boycott this as an event and save one of Pennsylvania’s few climbing areas. Removing Birdsboro route descriptions from the website would also help. If you want to check out B-boro individually, you are welcome, and would likely find B-boro veterens happy to point out the routes and their ratings.

see that is how much you know....or DON'T KNOW...they stopped waivers long ago...and there is NO LONGER an agrreement about non publishing of route info, directions etc...you think we didnt check all of this out???
nancy..this was wrong of you...if you really think this is going to hurt anything you should have talked to us in private, you want to sabotage this gathering...good luck...these members are fine ppl...more than i can say for you...we will have a nice talk next time i see you.
FYI, nancy..you do not have any more right to those rocks than anyone on this site...and the MAIN difference between us and you is the fact that we learned to share in kindergarden...
girl you are welcome to join this happy event...but show up with a smile on your face and act nice...or these fine ppl will know your true intentions...to keep this crag to your greedy little self.
I re-read your post...the key word you use is "BELIEVE" next time get your facts straight...many of us have worked long and hard on this gathering and "KNOW" the facts.
and it seems to me by your post that when waivers were needed to climb, you my dear did not follow the set rules...that shows a lot about your character...so don't come on here and guilt trip any of these ppl...you have shown absolutely no character...you can't even give your name on your profile...shows how much we should trust your word...
