This is the guy I want belaying me .
His reply showes he takes everything into consideration , focus on full at all times.

About the only time I watch someone is when someone is just learning to lead sport. Somehow if there are ample bolts, they WILL z-clip or back clip at some point, no matter how many times you tell them what it is and how to avoid it :p
