Jeez, I'm a bit behind! This topic has grown several pages since I last checked. There is tons of room at the house in Campton that I'm offering. Not only is it a pretty big place (probably sleeps about 8-10 in beds), but there's plenty of floor space and enough room for a bunch of tents, so anyone who needs a place is welcome. I haven't read up on the last few pages yet, so I'm going to go do that.

OK, anyone who was planning to tent with madriver in Campton shoud DEFINITELY stay with me! It's in Campton, too, and you can tent or sleep inside, whatever you want. I think I should impose an upper limit of about 100 people, though.
Point is, if you need a place to stay you have one. The new guy from Boston (I forget his name) has a very valid point about camping at Rumney, and carpooling is a good idea as well. I was there yesterday and the lot was full.

While we're on the subject, Peer Pressure is a 5.10d at Rumney that is definitely one of the best 10s there. I have a grudge match going against it, though. Great name, anyway.

Hey dsafanda ... an update on Rumney's routes. According to the newest guide book (note that there are more trad climb at Rumney) there are 304 sport routes (7 being multi-pitch) and 115 Trad routes (8 being multi-pitch). Just an FYI kind of thing...

wow - i'm impressed that i didn't get flamed for the buzzkill post the other day, and i'm psyched that people have a good attitude about being low-impact at Rumney, even as a big group.
