I went into the store today for a chocolate bar and had to leave without it, not enough money(really true). For you though Amber I have been to the bank and got a $20 bill. If you don't come to NH though, I'm buying chocolate While at work(with no chocolate) I started thinking about the Jackass Crew. Wouldn't it be cool to expand the ranks with a little initiation ritual. Then the snob in me thought hmm lets keep it to the original crew. I now have the answer...two chapters. 1. The "Original Jackass Crew". Sauron, nikegirl, clymber, and darkside. 2. The new "Jackassociates" (jackass associates). Anyone submitting to an inaugural initiation by two or more of the Jackass Crew. Here's the fun part, the initiation. We beat a potential ASSociate with long loaves of bread. Sound familiar So who wants to join .....OK so I got bored at work but does anyone want to join in the Jackass Games????

This sure beats work. DFW/QDF (Dallas, TX) to Boston and back is about $265 for Oct 11-14th direct flight on American Air. Flying into Manchester, NH (closer) is about $365 round trip on Delta. I plucked these numbers from www.travelocity.com. Dartmouth coach will get you from Boston to Hanover, NH - Concord Trailways will get you from Boston to Plymouth NH (only Fri-Sun). http://www.concordtrailways.com/littleton_plymouth%202002.htm http://www.concordtrailways.com/dc_schedule.htm (I used to travel all over North America for work - fortunately that stage of life is over!) Dartmouth (Hanover NH) to Rumney is a short drive - I think someone was coming from Dartmouth? Plymouth is right next to Rumney... though if you find a vollunteer the drive from Boston Logan airport to Rumney isn't too bad - a straight shot up I-93 - maybe a couple of hours if you don't get plugged up coming out of Boston. Good luck! Okay, back to work... 7 hours to quittin time

You might try the Lebanon Municipal airport as well (Lebanon, NH)... they try pretty hard to compete with Manchester on pricing... but I suspect you'll find that Manchester and Lebanon are always about $80-$100 more than Boston unless you find a special.

Even though Lebanon has an airport, it is really expensive to fly into here. I would suggest Manchester, even though it is a little more money. It saves on the hassle of getting out of Boston.

Southwest Airlines flies into Manchester, and has two "internet special" fares valid in October that can get you from Austin to Manchester by way of BWI (Baltimore, MD). You have to purchase it on their website: $124 one-way to fly on M, Th, Fri, Sat - $99 one-way to fly on T, W or Sun. http://www.southwestair.com While not as extravagant as the "major" carriers, I've flown Southwest plenty and it is, in my opinion, the best of the discount carriers. Pack your own lunch! I really better get back to work!!!
