This is a story about 2 characters, "Cardio" and "Da' Pump" One day, I realized that the more I worked with Cardio, the less I saw of da Pump. Strangely enough, I could hang out alot longer in positions that previously da' Pump would have visited and knocked me off the rock. Cardio has nothing to do with climbing, but mostly interval training and biking/running combos, as well as some longer runs thrown in for fun.
I dunno if there is a spiroulous correlation between more cardio and less pump and its just conditioning from the climbing I HAVE been doing, or the better Cardio is, the less I see Pumpie coming to town.

What happens to the spiroulous character? Does he still come around?

Sorry, I should really stop I just think these misspellings are funny particularly when the writer knows what a spurious correlation is.

On topic - increased cardiovascular conditioning should delay meetings with the Da Pump because your body is better able to wash away Da Lactic.
