Yeah climb more and it won't happen as much, or use Eric Horsts G-tox method, which I believe has something to do with shaking your arms above your head, then below. I dunno. Don't grip the holds as tightly, and use your legs to "walk up the wall", and don't pull yourself up it. Learn good technique and do a forum search(if it's working yet). Also check the technique and training forum, there are a lot of topics on this.
