About two weeks ago I hurt my wrist during an indoor bouldering-session. I was in a mantle-positon and twisting my body to the right to go for a far away hold . During the move I felt my left hand almost moving out of place while my arm and wrist remained in the same static position (most of my bodyweight being on my hands). I reflected upon the sensation I had felt but since any pain wouldnt show for several minutes I just climbed on for a while more. Next morning my wrist was sore and I couldnt turn my wrist in any direction. The soreness subsided after the first rest day and slowly got better. It feels quite good now but it still aches and sometimes bolts of pain comes running when i provoke my wrist..

My pain is situated on the opposite of the palm, the topside of the hand you'd call it? (I dont know the word for it since english is hard for me:-S ) It mostly hurts when bending my hand upwards or when bending it to the left (away from the body). But mostly while bending upwards..

Do anyone have a theory for what it might be? And my biggest question is whether I can begin some sort of rehab, and if so, which exercises would be most beneficial? Thankful for any help! /Tobias
