http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.htm I lift a few times a week (3-5 days) that site is a wonderful resource for any muscle group. and i would highly advise against behind neck exercises they can do way more damage than good for your muscles and joints.

sorry this post was ment to be a reply to topic not to start a new topic. the website posted above has a large database with great pictures and some videos of certain exercises along with training schedules and articles on nutrition and such i find it a great resource in all my sports interests and i hope it helps you also.
