Well you all know that I compete in the USCCA but the season has ended and I was wondering if you had any ideas for training I could do till March(when the new season starts) I mean hardcore stuff that will make me really really strong. The most thing I nedd in endurance. Thanks for your help.

well, i dont compete, but i think a good training plan would be to climb lots, get a hangboard and/or a campus board, and train on that two. maybe start working back and shoulders with weights, uhhh, runnings always good cuz it gives u cardio and slims u down (not that ur fat or anything, just less weight to carry), thats about all i think of. but im kinda an idiot so i dunno

yes, campus and fingerboards will make you strong as hell. be careful with weights so you dont start building too much mass. i reccomen back and arm excercises, if you must develop these areas, othervise i dont think thats necessary. just go with campus/hangboard. and dont forget some pushups to balance you strenght. some hard bouldering wont hurt etither and will improve your technique.
