I do a lot of bouldering in the gym. I hate the guys who are all right climbers in their own reguard but still like to show off. They are the ones who hover over the guys who havent been climbing very long and are trying out a new route. They might be struggling, so the show-off butts in, and of course has this route dialed, tops-out, comes down, and says, "duh, all you gotta do is that".

They're all negative, spray-lord assmonkeys...who think "me, me ME" Actually, now that I think of it, I like negative climbers way more than stupid fuking hippies who wear a ton of cordelletes on their safety harnesses for safety stupid hippy climbing. God, I hate hippies!
People like this guy who judges everyone and is probably a bigger a**hole than anyone he speaks so poorly of. (um, yeah, no pics of all his friends in his profile, um yeah...)

oh, climbers who spell "pique" and "bight" wrong annoy me ass-swell. Actually, any climber who doesn't know about the big SpellCheck button right under their post annoys me to no end.

Stupid climbers piss me off. Actually, it's more stupid people who are climbers that piss me off. I have met cool climbers, and uncool climbers. The vast majority are cool, awesome people. Some are just tools. The worst I have met was a boulderer, but he was just a jackass, not because he was a boulderer. I also have met trad snobs, and sportards who talk crap about being stronger than everyone else. The list can go on.
I like nice, good quality people. I dislike jackasses.

Elitists annoy me to no end. As well as the "just do it this way" guy and the family who'se on vacation and decides to set up their sketchy top ropes next to your favourite climb.
Oh, and people who throw around their ORCA cert like some sort of medal.

a climber that overstates their abilities, so that when push comes to shove they cant perform. such as belaying, setting anchors, placing/cleaning gear this can be a serious safety issue. I also hate people that chip routes, very spineless and lame. Retro bolters, they annoy me as well. People who spay "i did this or that" hey we all do it, and i enjoy hearing a good story. Egos, this sport would be off the ground if it werent for egos.

I'm 11 and I just started rock climbing so I can only gym climb.
I'm not annoyed by any type of climbing because everyone has different tastes.

i say bouldering because i would consiter my self a jack of all trades when it comes to climbing and when ever i try to talk about other forms of climbing with bolederers they seem unaccepting of them. in most socialsituations the only thing that i have no tolerance for is intolorance and bolderers are the most intolorant. then again i spend alot of time boldering so some might consiter me a bolderer.

The climbers who work at sport shops and think that you asking about a piece of equipment means that you want to hear all about their climbing life really annoys me.
BUDDY! If I wanted to know about you climbing 5.13 barefoot and upside down I woulda asked!!
Then they ask me what I climb. I don't know! Where I go the climbs aren't rated.

Only one case for me. Last year I wanted to do this one route but some guy put a top rope on it so I couldn't climb it, but 4 hours later he still haven't climbed it so I started to climb it and totally ignore him. After we got back down he try to give me shiet but I just said to them "whatever dude". Idiots.
