Does one have to be an ICA member to attend? If not, does the free camping offer extend to non-ICA members as well? The reason I ask is because I don't live in Il and Don't climb up there alot any more, but I do like to stay informed of happenings in the So Ill scene. Thanks, Steve

Hey Steve, the ICA doesn't have a membership plan yet. I believe that is one of the topics that will be covered at the meeting, getting a plan implamented.

There is a civility requirement, but I have a feeling that those folks who have shown themselves to be uncivil will unlikely show up anyway. Feel free to throw down your sleeping bag wherever.
