I'm sure you guys all have stories like this one, but this is probably the funniest thing I've seen slacklining, and I happened to get it on video, so I thought I'd share it with you.
We were slacklining at my college when a big guy thought it would be funny to stand on the line and press it all the way to the ground...What happened was a lot funnier for us than it was for him.
The video is a .wmv so it may not play on non-Windows machines. It also doesn't have any sound b/c I edited it to get the filesize down and somehow lost the audio - which is a bummer b/c the sounds made it a lot funnier.

man, i've had some close calls slacking, or trying to anyways, but now whenever i go i'll keep replaying that video in my mind over and over and over...

That sort of experience happened to me when I was learning to slack at the Red Rocks thingy. It makes me shrivel to think about it, but what the hell eh?
