Heard about a "rock climbing" accident in Rock Canyon (UT) on the radio this morning. Supposedly short fall, minor head and back injuries, possible harness misuse. Anyone out there heard more details?

does anyone know what wall they were climbing on? Was it a harness that wasn't doubled back? I was climbing in the canyon at the time and saw all of the emergency vehicles going up and down the canyon.
