I just saw this I figured I'd give them out in a reply since I can't edit the location.
From 50 Hikes in the Tennessee Mountains:
From Knoxville, drive east on I-40 to the Rutledge Pike exit and trun right onto US 11W. After 10 miles turn left onto Idumea Road at a sign for House Mountain State Park. In 0.6 mile turn left onto Hogskin and drive 0.8 mile to a parking area on the right.
The pictures that I put up are if you take West Overlook Trail (bear left at the fork). It's a hell of a hike but it's pretty one. I never made it back to check out the East Overlook Trail (bear right at the fork) but I hear tell that there are a some problems out that way.
