Ya plenty. Most routes can be found at www.saclimb.co.za For waterval Boven there is a book for about R100 available at rock and rope (at waterval boven). It covers over 300 bolted climbs. You can get guide books to trad climbing in the magalisberg area for about R40 a book from the MCSA on club evenings. There is also a book called crags of Gauteng available at climbing shops and from the mountain club. There is a great book called a sport climbing guide to KZN which describes in details climbs at Krantskloof, Shongweni, Hilton and a few other crags. I'm not sure what the books for the Cape Town area are called but i'm sure if you contact the mountain club http://mcsa.org.za they would be able to help you.

I picked up a guidebook to Table Mountain in a climbing shop in Cape Town two years ago. I believe it was called "The Ledge", and it is a very nice book.
