Goodman, appearing on the "Nevada Newsmakers" television show in Reno, says efforts are made to have beautiful highway landscaping, including paintings, and --quote-- "These punks come along and deface it. I'm saying maybe you put them on T-V and cut off a thumb." Goodman also suggested that whippings or canings should be brought back for children who get into trouble.

I don't think it'll work. You can still hold the paint can without the thumb. Since they think thier art work looks beautiful ... maybe poke out their eyes? Or they could put them in a room with a really bitchy mother figure and make them listen to her for months at a time. When they get out, they'll want to kill someone. At least they won't be thinking about spraying over their pretty landscape. :roll:
