http://tinypic.com/view/?pic=t7h5hx Did it this last weekend in a bouldering area jumping from one rock to another in flip flops. One might say I am way too comfortable hiking in them. It happened right after someone said, "hey, sorry, I didn't realize you were wearing sandals, maybe you should go around", and i said, "na, I hike in flips all the time, I'll be fine". I jump 6 feet or so to next rock and toe flapper ensues, bouldering is cut short. Enjoy!

Had that happen to me at Sam's throne, cept in a little less glorious way.
I tripped over my own feet and stubbed my toe...
Looked pretty much the same though only i was wearing tevas

Didn't I do that exact same thing the first time we went climbing together? I just wrapped a bunch of tape around it and kept on climbing. Filled the toe bed of my sandles with blood before I finally decided to fix it though.

I can make this post now that I have cleaned up the vomit on my floor. That's gross man. Nobody ever needs to see a foot that close up, especially with blood smeared on it. Here is a bandage.

It looks better now, that was 4 days after surgery. The swelling is still going down.

Not to change the subject from dirtineye's surgery, but if the original submitter really cut short his bouldering day because of a little cut on his toe than maybe he should just give it up for good. Seriously, man up nancy. Maybe golf or bowling is more your style.
