My partner Jorge(jorgle)and I met up with Adam(rrradam) the ever wonderful Karen(i.karen) Joseph(jeepmonkey) their friends Yaddy and Jennifer plus Andy(meadors) up in bigbear/holcomb Valley pinnacles on Saturday,
I'll let Adam or Karen fill in Bigbear
Sunday we re-grouped at Malibu creek Adam and Karen brought along Adam2(ubotch) Jeff(boretribe) Andy(meadors) we also ran into Mike Reardon(mreardon) who produces the Climb On videos and Jeff(sickofla).
Adam and my buddy Cooper took on Urban Struggle 12b while Andy and I jumped on Johnny Can't Lead 10d. I redpointed then took over belaying Andy who led up to the anchors but failed to clip in a grand total of 3 nice whippers. Andy has balls! And a cool cowboy hat. Adam2 was next up and also took a few nice falls on the route. Cooper came up to bat to finish but he'd used up most of his juice on Urban Struggle so I ended up climbing Johnny can't lead twice.
Adam also led Skeezer pleaser (again) and so did Cooper who nearly onsited it. Andy also onsited Katmandu as did I. Karen and Adam2 jumped on both those routes also. Next we ran over to the Stumbling Blocks and wound up the day on Letterbox where we ran into Jeff who led that route and Nipple denial syndrome in his approach shoes.
I'll add more detail as I think of it.

Many climbs done at both places, too many to list right now, as I have the lazies.
Of note...
Art forgot to mention that I bashed my head on a rock when I jumped up onto a ramp, and instantly had a headache behind my right eye.
He did mention Urban Struggle 5.12b, which was my 1rst 5.12 lead. Hung twice at the crux on my best attempt at an RP.
And it's 'sickofla'.
Many GREAT pics to come, as I and Andy hung above Routes to get the best angles of leaders.
BTW... 'toobigtoclimb', I think you owe Karen a Giraffe this time.

thanks adam for the list.
had a blast myself. climbing hard for two days straight killed my hands/arms. love that though. the pain reminds me of what a great weekend of climb i had with the cool climbers.
highlight for me was NOT completing Johnny Can't Lead. all the wippers at the top were exciting enough. thanks artm for catching me. great belay! you flew up almost as much as i fell down.

just another great climbing adventure with adam and crew.

As always I had a great time with all of you!!!! Art is my new climbing older brother who I love to pick on(He is a smoker too!!!) I want a white trash hat with duck tape and a staple just like Andy's.
You guys wore out Adam between night climbing at JTree and this weekend he didn't even go to the gym tonight. He has a nice rope burn on his ankle too!!!
I just can't wait to meet up with all of you again. This is living hanging with GREAT people and doing what we all love to do!!!! CLIMB!!!!
